HISTORICAL COMMENTS ABOUT THE PLACE: The monumental aqueduct tower is part of the “Addizione Novecentesca” (Twentieth-century addition) and was built between 1930 and 1932, mixing together the classical architecture style with modern materials, as reinforced concrete. It is located in a square, which is reached by going through a tree-lined boulevard, named “Corso Vittorio Veneto” in memory of the World War I.
