HISTORICAL COMMENT ABOUT THE PLACE:
This small oratory, built in the 16th century, houses inside the image of an Ecce-Homo. This enclave is configured as one of the best examples of popular religiosity, roots and traditions, so present in the day-to-day life of the towns and cities of Andalusia.
Here began a Via Crucis, which continued its stations on the Hill of Crosses and was concluded in the hermitage of San Judas Tadeo, where the image of Christ Yacente was venerated.
