We consider three routes around our city:
This route connects the main church in Oliveira the Azeméis to Ferreira de Castro Municipal Library. Along the way we can visit the public garden, an important building by Siza Vieira (famous Portuguese architect), the Town Hall and the main market square
Porto is the second-largest city in Portugal. This route starts in Casa da Música. Casa da Música's project was set in motion in 1999, as a result of an international architecture tender won by Rem Koolhaas. Along the route it is possible to visit ClérigosTower (the tallest bell tower in Portugal), Porto Cathedral (the most important religious building in the city), São Bento Railway Station and Ribeira. Located on the riverbank of the Douro, Ribeira is one of the most authentic and picturesque parts of the city in the heart of the old town.
Aveiro´s route starts with a moliceiro boat trip, a ovos moles proof
(sweet eggs), a visit to Salinas (salt pans) and Aveiro University and finally it ends in the Aveiro Museum. In the meantime we can admire some magnificent buildings of Art Nouveau architecture. The Barra Lighthouse and Costa Nova with its famous haystacks with colorful lists are the last stops.
